How many tablets should I take per day?
For general health maintenance, we recommend three tablets daily, with or without food. But those needing more than general health maintenance will benefit from a higher dose.

What is the difference between Brolico and broccoli?
Just eating broccoli itself will not cause similar levels of activation as Brolico®. If only eaten in broccoli form, the body is not able to process the Brolico® component and will be expelled from the body without being absorbed. For the first time, by consuming Brolico®, this component can be absorbed by the body. The Brolico® extraction method is patented (US patent number: 8,313,779 acquired in November 2012).
Are broccoli sprouts different than Brolico®?
Brolico is a completely different compound from sulforaphane, which can be found in broccoli sprouts. Sulforaphane is said to have antioxidant effects, but, in our research, we did not discover it to have much of an immunity activating effect.
